We are looking for an ICS – Integrated Care System - Manager for an immediate start to reinforce our sales department. This is a permanent full-time position based in the United Kingdom and reporting directly to the Sales Director UK & Ireland.

As ICS Manager, you are part of the UK & Ireland commercial team, based in the field and in contact with high-level external stakeholders within the Integrated Care Systems of England, Health Boards in Scotland and Wales and the Regional Health Authorities in Ireland.

You will be responsible for gathering intelligence from various sources including NHS England, NWCSP, SDMA, regional Integrated Care systems and Patient focus groups to report to commercial leads and allow the focus on the wider commercial strategies and ensure they meet the current needs of the NHS on appropriate and relevant manner.

Your responsibilities:


  • Gain a thorough knowledge of the workings of the NHS across the UK and the HSE in Ireland
  • Be fully up to date with all current strategies, objectives the drivers of change within those organizations
  • Position Flen Health and its products correctly and appropriately concerning value-based procurement across regional Integrated Care Systems and the National Health Service
  • Update Regional Business Managers on the focus points in their individual ICS with intelligence coming from meetings with ICB members
  •  Actively engage with patient focus groups to understand the current views of the Patient Voice group which will feed into the CQC and their change drivers
  • Share gathered intelligence with UK & Ireland Sales Director and UK Marketing Manager, to help shape sales and marketing strategies

 

Your profile and qualifications:


  •  Minimum of 5 years’ experience relevant to the role including commercial and management experience within the wound and skin care sector. Ideally to include relevant experience dealing directly with CCGs, and members of ICB and Health & Wellbeing boards
  • High-level knowledge of the key players in the National Health Service, NHS Scotland, and Wales and The HSE in Ireland and Health & Social Care NI
  • High-level understanding of understanding and implementing strategy in line with gathered intelligence
  • Good product knowledge and understanding of positioning products in a value-based procurement setting
  • Commercial acumen with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Good training/teaching ability
  • A combination of Patient, HCP and Procurement focus
  • Entrepreneurial and driven by achieving successes
